Fundraising Development Manager
Fixed-Term, (Maternity Cover) Part-Time, Term-Time only
15 hours per week (flexible)
Pay Scale : H8, point 23 to H9, point 28 (dependent on experience)
Required : April / May 2024
We are seeking a knowledgeable individual to oversee the Fundraising Development Manager position for a fixed-term, covering maternity leave. The successful applicant will have some professional experience of fundraising and/or education development, together with experience of developing good working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

The role
This role will provide executive support to the CEO and Action Together’s Board as well as project managing internal business priorities.
The ideal candidate
We’re looking for someone with outstanding organisational skills and excellent attention to detail who is able to manage multiple priorities, can produce written work to a high standard and is also able to proactively identify issues, implement solutions and get things done.
Salary: £35,745-£38,223 per annum
NJC Grade:PO1 SP 27-30
Hours: 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday, occasional evening and weekend work may be required)
Length of contract: 12 months fixed term
Location: Hybrid working – work from home and at one of our office bases (Oldham, Rochdale or Tameside)
